  • Delays Caused by the Client: If delays are caused by the client, such as failure to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback.
  • Project Scope Changes: If the client requests changes or modifications to the scope of work after service initiation.
  • Third-Party Actions: If outcomes are affected by third-party platforms or services (e.g., changes in algorithms by Google or social media platforms).
  • Low or Unsatisfactory Results: Due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing, Chocozmedia does not guarantee specific results such as website traffic, leads, or conversions. Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with performance metrics unless clearly outlined in a service level agreement (SLA).

4. Cancellation and Refund Process

If you wish to request a refund or cancel a service, please follow the steps below:

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.
